This defunct template was used for noting that an article needs addition of Indic scripts per this failed proposal. It used to add the page to Category:Articles needing Indic script or text. Following this RfC it was decided to no longer encourage inclusion of Indic scripts in article leads, so the template was blanked. It is kept for historical reasons.

Usage

This template can be placed either in an article or on its talk page. If placed in an article it looks like this:

And if placed on a talk page it looks like this:

When shown (demonstrated) on any other kind of page it shows both boxes.

Articles with this template are automatically added to Category:Articles needing Indic script or text.
